The Guildhall School of Music and Drama is an independent music and dramatic arts school which was founded in 1880 in London, England. Students can pursue courses in Music, Opera, Drama and Technical Theatre Arts.

The Centre for Young Musicians (CYM) is a division of the Guildhall School and provides high quality progressive music training for thousands of talented children across the country. The original Centre is based at Morley College in London, close to Waterloo and the South Bank, and also has branches in Norwich (NCYM), Taunton, Saffron Walden, Bristol and Peterborough. CYM is committed to providing excellence in achievement alongside wide access; CYM plays a part in the Guildhall Young Artists progression routes, from primary education right through to graduate and postgraduate studies in music.
