What dates are community performances on?
- There are many dates available throughout December, you will be asked your availability once registering and a member of The Forum team will be in touch to confirm
How long do I have to perform?
- Each performance slot is allocated 30 minutes
Where will the performance take place?
- Outside on either Millenium Plain or The Amphitheatre, performances will take place outside even if the weather is very cold, only moving inside if there is significant rain or snow. Please be mindful of this when choosing what instruments and equipment to bring.
What equipment will be available on site?
- Groups and musicians will have access to power and there will be a PA system, any equipment being brought onto site must be PAT tested and covered by your own insurance

How many performers can I register?
- Each booked time slot can accommodate a group of up to 30
Is parking available?
- No
When will I know the time of my performance?
- A member of The Forum team will be in touch within 5 working days of you submitting your request to perform
Can anyone watch?
- Yes, as this is outside The Forum, families and friends are invited to attend and watch free of charge. This is a public event and we are unable to control media coverage, sharing of footage and recording from 3rd parties and the public.
Register
The data you provide on this form will be used by data processors contracted by Norfolk County Council and stored within internal servers in the UK. If the media includes images of a child or young person, it will not be used two years after the date the image was taken. Data requests should be referred in the first instance to Alison Bell who can be contacted at music.service@norfolk.gov.uk.
