What dates are the school performances on?
- Monday 2nd December 2024
- Tuesday 10th December 2024
- Wednesday 18th December 2024 (we are fully booked on this day)
Do I choose what dates our educational setting can perform?
- Yes, please tick the boxes of the dates your setting is available on the submission form
How long do I have to perform?
- Each performance slot is allocated 30 minutes
Where will the performances take place?
- Outside on either Millenium Plain or The Amphitheatre, performances will take place outside even if the weather is very cold, only moving inside if there is significant rain or snow. Please be mindful of this when choosing what instruments and equipment to bring and make sure all performers are dressed for the weather
What equipment will be available on site?
- Groups and musicians will have access to power and there will be a PA system, any equipment being brought onto site must be PAT tested and covered by your own insurance
How many performers can I register?
- Each booked time slot can accommodate a group of up to 30
Is parking available?
- Each group can request parking for two minibuses. This information will need to be shared on registration of this opportunity
When will I know the time of my performance?
- Your time will be between 10am and 2pm and you will be informed via email by Friday 11th October. With the last performance slot being 2pm-2.30pm
Can anyone watch?
- Yes, as this is outside The Forum, families and friends are invited to attend and watch free of charge. This is a public event and we are unable to control media coverage, sharing of footage and recording from 3rd parties and the public.

The data you provide on this form will be used by data processors contracted by Norfolk County Council and stored within internal servers in the UK. If the media includes images of a child or young person, it will not be used two years after the date the image was taken.
